All sales are final — returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

We want you to love your purchase! Each item has a specific description within its listing. Please read this before ordering to avoid any surprises.

Giving vintage, pre-loved, and reworked accessories a new life is at the heart of what we do. Natural signs of wear are a reminder of their past and add character. Here at Mad Maison Vintage, all of our hand-picked and reworked pieces are carefully inspected, guaranteeing high-quality items that are a sustainable fashion choice and a testament to the beauty that exists in vintage shopping.

Maintaining your vintage treasures is key! To ensure your jewelry and accessories stay beautiful, please follow proper care instructions. Mad Maison Vintage cannot be held liable for damage due to improper care.

Please be aware that canceled orders and refused deliveries will incur a 20% restocking fee. International customers: order refunds will be calculated using the current currency exchange rate, not the rate at the time the order was placed.

Damages or Issues

We know things happen which is why we are happy to offer insurance for a small fee to ensure that your one of a kind piece is protected during transportation. For instances of damage we cannot offer refund or replacement unless you have purchased insurance upon the time of checkout. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@madmaisonvintage.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

European Union 14 day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags that may be included, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for tracked, insured postage, and must provide proof of shipment as soon as possible. Without this, we cannot guarantee your package will get to us, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
